We’re looking for an experienced Senior Care Worker to join our team and help deliver high-quality, person-centred care while supporting our care staff in the community.

Your Role:
As a Senior Care Worker, you will deliver high-quality care in clients’ homes while supporting and guiding care staff. Duties include personal care, medication support, companionship, accurate record-keeping, and participating in the on-call rota to respond to out-of-hours emergencies when required.
About You:
You’ll be an experienced, compassionate care professional with strong communication and leadership skills. You will need:
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Previous domiciliary care experience
- Level 2 NVQ/Diploma in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
- A positive, reliable attitude and commitment to high-quality care
