Hours: Mon–Fri + Saturday mornings (rota)
We’re seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor (min. 2 years) to join a highly regarded dealership in Norwich. You’ll be the main point of contact for service customers, handling bookings, updates, and upselling service plans or additional work.
Requirements:
- 2+ years’ main dealership experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Full UK driving licence
