A fantastic opportunity has just become available for an experienced Dental Receptionist/ TCO to join a well established, beautifully designed, vibrant dental practice located in the Birmingham area.
We are seeking a strong experienced individual who has fantastic communication, organisational and sales skills who can ensure the smooth day to day operations whilst maintaining a high standards of patient care.
The ideal candidate will be working front of house, dealing with all dental reception duties, assisting with the patient journey, including discussing treatment and payment plans. This is a full time position with availability to start as soon as possible.

Position: Dental Receptionist/ TCO
Rate: Starting from £14.00ph + (Negotiable dependent on experience)
Days: Monday to Friday
Start : ASAP
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting patients and creating a warm, professional first impression
- Booking and managing appointments using SOE software
- Handling incoming calls, emails, and patient enquiries
- Taking payments and processing invoices accurately
- Managing patient records and ensuring confidentiality at all times
- Coordinating with clinical staff to support smooth daily operations
- Ensuring the reception area is clean, tidy, and presentable
- Explaining treatment plans
- Organising payment plans.
Personal Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of Dental Receptionist
- Friendly, polite, and professional at all times
- Strong organizational skills.
- Presentable
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Reliable, punctual, and proactive
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and grow with the role
- Sales experience
