We are looking for someone who is..

- Confident supporting with epilepsy
- Skilled at building trusting relationships
- Happy to be active and out in the community
- Able to provide structure, routine and reassurance
- Passionate about promoting independence and life skills
- A team player who believes in meaningful, person‑centred support
Essential:
- This role is for female support workers only
- Be of a caring and empathetic nature
- Be able to support with intimate personal care
- Be able to work on a rota basis, including, weekends and Bank Holidays
- Be able to do sleep-in’s on a rota basis (where required)
- Ability to use basic IT systems, for care logging purposes
- English Speaking
Desirable but not essential, because we will support you and train you………
- Minimum of one years experience in care
- Previous experience within the health and social care sector
- NVQ/Diploma Level 2 in Health and Social Care
- Care Certificate
- Epilepsy experience
- Gastrostomy experience
