Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Assistant to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional support to our clients, handling enquiries efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be organised, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in both English and Spanish is highly desirable, along with strong data entry and analysis skills. Duties
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Process customer data accurately using data entry systems
- Assist customers with product or service information, upselling where appropriate to enhance sales opportunities
- Maintain clear and courteous phone etiquette at all times
- Analyse customer feedback and interactions to identify areas for service improvement
- Support the team in managing customer accounts and resolving issues efficiently
- Contribute to maintaining organised records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Experience
- Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided
- Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are highly advantageous
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism
- Experience with data entry tasks and analysis is beneficial
- Ability to demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with upselling techniques and analysing customer needs to maximise sales opportunities
