Westbourne School is a leading independent day and boarding school for pupils aged 2–18, located in Penarth. We provide an extensive transport service for students living throughout Cardiff, the Vale of Glamorgan and the surrounding areas.
We are currently seeking experienced, reliable and cheerful minibus drivers to join our transport team.
These positions are part-time and term-time only (36 weeks per year, plus 5.6 weeks' paid holiday entitlement). Working hours are dependent on the allocated route but are typically:
- 6:30/7:00am – 8:30/9:00am
- 4:30pm – 6:30pm
Monday to Friday.
Additional hours may also be available for:
- PE lessons
- FaB School transport
- Airport transfers
- School clubs and activities
- Educational visits and trips
Applicants must:
- Hold a full D1 driving licence
- Have completed the relevant minibus driver training/test and be legally entitled to drive a 17-seat minibus
- Be reliable, punctual and committed to safeguarding children
- Have the right to work in the UK
An Enhanced DBS check will be required for the successful applicant, together with satisfactory references.
