Our client, a leading main dealer group in the UK, is seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician to join their team in Birmingham North.

Duties:
- Perform routine servicing and repairs on vehicles, including basic diagnostics
- Conduct video vehicle health checks to identify issues and identify sales opportunities
- Provide high-quality workmanship with a focus on first-time fixes to ensure customer satisfaction
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet dealership targets and standards
- Participate in scheduled training programmes to develop technical skills and knowledge
- Maintain accurate documentation of work completed and parts used
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician in a dealership or automotive workshop
- Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to perform repairs to a high standard
- Relevant automotive qualification (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
- A proactive and customer-focused approach
- Good organisational skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Full valid UK driving licence
