Factory Operative / Timber Yard Worker
Full-time | Permanent | Immediate Start
We’re looking for reliable, hard-working people to join our timber yard team due to increased demand for our fencing products.
This is steady, practical, hands-on work in a factory/yard environment. The tasks are straightforward and repetitive, making it ideal for someone who likes a clear routine, staying active, and getting stuck into an honest day’s work.
If you prefer being on your feet and working with your hands rather than sitting at a desk, this could be a great fit.
The role involves:
- Pointing and peeling stakes and strainers
- Sorting and grading timber from the saw line
- General yard and production duties
Full training provided — no experience necessary.
What we’re looking for:
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual labour
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Forklift/handler experience helpful but not essential
What we offer:
- Full-time, permanent work
- Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:45pm (no weekends)
- 28 days holiday
- From £13.00 per hour, rising after 6 months
- £500 signing bonus
