We currently have a 3 month temporary contract opportunity within our Retail Team for a Coffee & Vending Operator to service machines at customer sites.
The role involves cleaning, replenishing, and maintaining vending, coffee, and fresh food machines while delivering excellent customer service. This is a field-based role with a company van provided. Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure hygiene and safety standards for all machines.
- Replenish, merchandise, and maintain vending and coffee machines to drive sales.
- Deliver friendly and efficient service to all customers.
- Conduct spot checks, audits, and support team members when required.
- Maintain the company van, ensuring it is kept clean and in good condition.
- Manage time efficiently and work independently while contributing to a wider team.
What We Are Looking For
- Customer-facing service experience.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills.
- A proactive attitude with a keen eye for detail.
- Valid B1 driving licence with no more than 6 points.
- Ability to travel across multiple locations with flexibility.
- DBS check.
Desirable
- Manual handling and health & safety training.
- Experience using smartphones or handheld devices.
- Food hygiene knowledge.

- Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday, with early starts from 05:00).
