We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Store Manager to oversee daily operations at Luton Airport, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of our services.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, coordinating schedules, and maintaining safety standards while delivering excellent service to passengers and stakeholders. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with strong leadership skills and a keen eye for detail to contribute to our operation
- Oversee daily operations, which includes a portfolio of services within a busy travel hub which includes retail, bag wrap, lost property, and luggage storage.
- Coordinate staff schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels
- Monitor compliance with safety regulations and implement necessary procedures to uphold safety standards
- Analyse KPI's to identify areas for improvement and improve processes
- Handle passenger enquiries and resolve issues promptly maintaining high customer satisfaction levels
- Ensure all operational activities adhere to legal and company policies
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in travel retail
- Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analysis skills to interpret operational data and implement improvements
- Exceptional organisational abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining professionalism
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise confidently with both internal/external stakeholders
Pay: £32,000.00 per year
