We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team. Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
- Implement and follow individual care plans tailored to each client's needs.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment.
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and any changes in their condition.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Drive clients to appointments or social activities as required, ensuring their safety during transport.
- Utilise IT systems for documentation and reporting purposes.
Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence and a car.
- Previous experience in a care home or domiciliary care setting is preferred.
- Strong understanding of care plans and the ability to implement them effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- A valid driving licence and a car is essential.
- Proficient IT skills for maintaining records and using relevant software.
- A compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others.
