We are recruiting a Programme Leader to support apprentices in developing their Maths and English skills across the college. The role promotes high‑quality learning, leads on tracking attendance, progress, and achievement, and works with tutors, trainer assessors, and managers to address concerns.
As Programme Leader, you will teach and support learners across a range of Maths and English programmes, ensuring high standards of achievement, progression, and learner experience. You will lead the administration and coordination of the programme area, provide tutorial and pastoral support, contribute to curriculum development, support student recruitment, and play a key role in maintaining quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across the provision.
The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic and motivated educator with experience of delivering Maths and/or English programmes and supporting learners to achieve their full potential. You will possess excellent communication and organisational skills, be confident in analysing performance data to drive improvement, and demonstrate a commitment to safeguarding, equality, and continuous professional development within a collaborative college environment.
The salary for this post is up to £47,271
