What we are looking for
We welcome applications from people of all ages and backgrounds who:
- Have a genuine passion for working with babies and young children
- Can demonstrate some understanding of Safeguarding and the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) at interview
- Are keen to learn, develop and build a long-term career in Early Years
- Have experience in childcare, social care, health and social care, customer service or another customer-facing role
- Are willing to undertake and successfully complete a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification if not already qualified
- Are able to work four full days per week, all year round (36–38 hours per week)
What you will do
- Support the care, learning and development of children aged under 2 years
- Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
- Assist with feeding, nappy changing, sleep routines and daily care needs
- Help create engaging play experiences that support children's development
- Maintain a safe, clean and stimulating environment
- Follow nursery policies and procedures, particularly those relating to safeguarding and child protection

Pay: £24,242.00-£25,589.00 per year
