Overview
SW Performance Coaching is seeking a confident and reliable self-employed Football Coach to deliver high-quality football sessions. You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging sessions independently while creating a safe, positive, and inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging football coaching sessions
- Lead weekly Friday evening and Saturday morning sessions
- Ensure safeguarding, welfare, and health & safety standards are met
- Set up and pack away equipment
- Communicate professionally with parents, children, and staff
Essential Requirements
- FA Level 2 Football Coaching Qualification (minimum FA Level 1)
- First Aid qualification (or willingness to obtain one)
- Safeguarding Children in Sport Qualification (or willingness to obtain one)
- Confident running sessions independently
- Previous experience coaching children (preferred)
- Must have own transport to travel between LE6 and LE67
- Valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
- Appropriate self-employed status (or willingness to register)
Desirable
- Additional coaching or sports-related qualifications
Pay: £12.50-£15.00 per hour
