Join our OH Remote Service Team!
We are expanding our nationwide wellbeing services to include a dedicated Occupational Health function and we’re looking for experienced Occupational Health Advisors to join our remote team.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing Occupational Health service. Working remotely and collaboratively with our Clinical Lead, you’ll contribute to a high-quality, responsive service that supports schools and academies across the UK to achieve positive wellbeing outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage your own caseload, delivering core OH services including pre-employment checks, management referrals and health surveillance
Provide expert clinical advice and produce clear, professional reports
Contribute to health promotion initiatives, policy development and continuous service improvement
What We’re Looking For:
Registered Adult Nurse with a recognised Occupational Health qualification (Degree, Diploma, or Certificate)
Proven experience managing an autonomous Occupational Health caseload
Strong knowledge of Occupational Health legislation and best practice
Excellent communication and report-writing skills
Ability to work independently in a suitable remote environment
Desirable:
Background in education, wellbeing services or Employee Assistance Programmes (EAP)
