Meet Our Client
We are looking for compassionate and reliable Healthcare Assistants to support a young man in his 20s within his family home in Bawtry.
You will be part of a 2:1 care team during the day and evening, assisting with his daily routine while promoting comfort, safety, and overall wellbeing.
He thrives on routine and consistency and is non-verbal, communicating through expressions and behaviours. This requires a patient, observant, and intuitive approach.
He enjoys sensory-based activities, watching colourful programmes such as Minions, listening to music, and spending time in a calm and reassuring environment.
This is a highly rewarding opportunity to build a positive and trusting relationship while delivering person-centred care within a supportive home setting.
