- Ensure all food safety regulations are strictly followed, including proper storage, handling, and sanitation procedures.
- Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance culinary skills and leadership capabilities.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment, complying with hygiene standards at all times.
Experience
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Supervising experience or leadership roles within a culinary environment are highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a team effectively while maintaining high standards of service.
- Experience with food production processes, menu planning, and hospitality service is preferred.

Pay: £27,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
