We are looking for an experienced and motivated North West based, Electrician with renewable energy experience to join our team.
Please note you must hold a valid Solar PV qualification to be considered for this position.
Work will be in the following post code areas , LL, L,PR,FY, BD, HG, LS, WF.SY so please be aware you will need to travel to these areas.
This is a fantastic hands-on senior role suited to someone who takes pride in their work, leads by example, and can confidently oversee day-to-day site activities while remaining actively involved on the tools.
You will undertake a wide range of electrical work, from small domestic installations to large-scale renewable energy projects including Solar PV, battery storage systems, EV chargers, and Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHP).
- Salary up to £50,000 DOE, which is very competitive compared to similar roles
- Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:00pm

Key Responsibilities
· Carry out electrical installation, maintenance, inspection, testing, and fault finding
· Complete certification and compliance documentation where required
· Conduct EICRs and ensure compliance with current regulations
· Oversee and support day-to-day site activities
· Maintain high standards of workmanship, safety, and customer service
· Work independently and manage time effectively
· Support the business in maintaining and developing QS responsibilities
· Assist with renewable energy installations including Solar PV/Battery Storage/EV charging and Air Source Heat Pumps.
Requirements
· NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
· 18th Edition Wiring Regulations Certification
· 2391 Inspection & Testing Qualification
· Solar PV solar photovoltaic qualification
· Strong understanding of EICR processes and compliance requirements
· Excellent fault-finding and testing skills
· · Full UK driving licence (no more than 6 points)
Experience with renewable technologies and energy-efficient systems is essential
