Location: Armthorpe Shaw Wood Academy
Hours: 35 hours per week term time only
Contract: Part- time, permanent
Start date: September 2026

We currently have 460 pupils on roll, and with new housing developments locally expect this to increase over the coming years. There is potential for the school to increase its Pupil Admission Number (PAN) as the community grows.

We are keen to hear from individuals who are passionate about working with children and who can contribute to our team as an outstanding Teaching Assistant. We are looking for someone with the drive and motivation to raise outcomes for our children and make learning an enjoyable experience.

As the successful candidate, you will need to have experience of working with primary-aged children and a good standard of written and spoken English.
