Black Milk are looking for a summer temp team member to join the team at our buzzing NQ cafe in Manchester City Centre!
We are well known across the UK for offering our specially crafted menu of the best desserts, homemade bakes, barista prepared coffees and luxury milkshakes in Manchester.
This is a customer centric role and you must have great communication skills, be quick on your feet and have relentless attention to detail.
This is a part-time, temporary position ending 1/9/26, with the possibility of extension depending on performance.

What your Day will look like:
- Create a welcoming environment for our families and make mealtimes delicious and effortless.
- Thrill our visitors with fantastic food and beverages
- Keep everything clean, organised and well stocked including the counters, food displays and floor.
- Maintain standards and have great attention to detail.
- Ensure fast paced 5 star service at all times
- Provide friendly food service to tables.
What we are looking for:
- Barista trained (Ideal but not Essential)
- Experience of customer service in cafe, restaurant or leisure environment
- Fun, outgoing, entertaining and welcoming personality
- Passionate about creating exceptional customer experience
- Available to work weekends
- If you are a student, you must be staying in Manchester over the summer
