Overview
Our Bakery needs a friendly and attentive Front of House Team Member to join our vibrant Bakery team. If you have a big personality to share, this job is for you. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring smooth service, and supporting the overall operation of the establishment. Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is advantageous, but a positive attitude and a willingness to learn are equally valued.
Things we do
- Greet guests as they enter and leave the bakery
- Take orders accurately and efficiently using POS
- Upsell and explain options
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, counters, and service stations
- Assist in food preparation tasks as needed, eg. Making sandwiches, granola
- Be punctual
Requirements

- Punctuality is a must
- Good organisational skills with effective time management abilities to handle busy service periods
- An open minded attitude for learning
- Barista experience is appreciated
- Flexibility to work shifts including weekends, and holidays as required

Shifts vary between open, close and full days,
Open 7am - 12pm/1pm
Close 12/1pm - 5:30pm
Full day 7am - 5:30pm
We also do monthly deep cleans on the first week of the month.
