Daytime Healthcare are working alongside an established residential care company who are currently looking for a Registered Manager to join their team!
As the Registered Manager you will be overseeing all aspect of the business from the effective and smooth running to the financial side of the business.
•Ensuring all care worker's are doing their job properly ensuring all residents under their care receive the highest standards of care possible.
•To oversee the implementation of the company's policies and procedures.
•Creating and upholding an open and positive management culture.
•Playing an active role in the recruitment, assessments and budgeting.
•Conducting regular meetings with staff to improve on areas of improvement.
Requirements:
•Must have previous experience as a Registered Manager in a residential SEMH care setting.
•Must have a Level 4 in Leadership & Management, willing to work up to a Level 5.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
