Your Role
You’ll be a key part of our clinical team, managing a varied and rewarding caseload:
· Run your own acute and chronic disease clinics
· Provide telephone and face-to-face triage
· Carry out home visits for vulnerable patients (capped and well-managed)
· Deliver full episodes of care using your independent prescribing qualification
· Collaborate with GPs and colleagues on more complex presentations

· Transitioning to Vision (full training and support provided)
What We’re Looking For
· NMC Registered Nurse
· MSc in Advanced Practice (or equivalent)
· Independent Prescriber
· Experience in Primary Care or Urgent Care (preferred)
· A team player who values collaboration, adaptability, and high standards of care
