The Role
We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Vehicle Parts Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a genuine interest in the motorhome, leisure vehicle, or automotive sector who thrives in a customer-facing sales environment. You will work across both of our Bristol locations and play a key role in delivering outstanding service to our B2C and B2B customers.
Position Details

Key Responsibilities
Product Knowledge & Customer Expertise
You will develop a thorough understanding of our extensive product range, including motorhome awnings and accessories from Thule and Fiamma, climate control and refrigeration systems from Dometic and Truma, Thetford motorhome cookers and sanitation products, NDS Energy solar and power management systems, Victron Energy electrical components, Sunshine Solar panels (flexible, rigid, and amorphous), leisure AGM batteries, vehicle alarms, immobilisers, GPS tracking systems (including ScorpionTrack), Apple/Android Carplay units, dash cameras, reversing camera systems, and van conversion components.
Sales & Order Processing
You will handle online order processing efficiently from start to finish, ensuring smooth transactions and accurate fulfilment. You will assist customers across our B2C and B2B channels, supporting both individual motorhome owners and trade accounts.
Customer Support
You will respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp, providing expert product recommendations and technical guidance. Our customers rely on our team to help them make the right choices for their vehicles and projects, so a helpful and knowledgeable approach is essential.
Returns & Refunds
You will process refunds, exchanges, and returns professionally and efficiently, maintaining a customer-first approach at all times.
Requirements
A full UK driver’s licence is preferred but not essential. A minimum NVQ qualification in Mathematics (or equivalent) is required. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, and prior experience in sales, customer service, or the automotive and leisure vehicle sector will be a distinct advantage. Most importantly, we are looking for someone with a genuine passion for vehicles and the outdoor lifestyle.
