Warehouse /Cold Store Operative
Location: Louth, Lincolnshire
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, plus a 30-minute lunch break each day
Pay: National Minimum Wage
Holiday: 20 days plus statutory holidays

Warehouse Operative Job in Louth, Lincolnshire
We are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join our team in Louth, Lincolnshire. This is a great opportunity for someone who is reliable, hands-on and enjoys working in a busy warehouse environment.
As our Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for picking and packing customer orders, handling stock safely and helping to keep the warehouse clean, organised and efficient. You will mainly work independently, but full training will be provided.

Main Duties
- Pick and pack frozen fish food from our in-house cold store each day; protective clothing provided
- Pick and pack all other customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Keep warehouse areas clean, safe and organised
- Carry out other warehouse duties as required
Key Requirements
- Ability to lift and move stock safely
- Full clean driving licence
- Positive, proactive team player
- Strong commitment to cleanliness, accuracy and safety
