Are you passionate about nurturing young minds and implementing brain-based learning in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)? We are seeking a dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our team and contribute to the holistic development of children in our setting.

- can implement brain-based learning techniques to enhance cognitive development and critical thinking skills.
- is able to deliver engaging activities that cater to different learning styles and interests.
- can collaborate with colleagues and parents to provide individualised support and foster a sense of community.
- is able to maintain accurate records of children's progress and communicate effectively with parents and caregivers.
Requirements:
- Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
- Experience working with children in a nursery or early years setting.
- Knowledge of the EYFS framework and a commitment to providing high-quality care and education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for continuous professional development and staying abreast of current research and best practices in early childhood education.
- Dedication to using relational and restorative classroom approaches
