```Duties```
- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a friendly and professional demeanor
- Schedule and confirm appointments, coordinating with healthcare providers and patients
- Collect and update patient information
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide assistance to patients
- Maintain patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist with additional administrative tasks away from reception
```Requirements```
- Preferred experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar administrative role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining patient records
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly and empathetic approach
