Retail Team Member — Join Our Family Business
JK Lewis & Son Ltd (Morrisons Daily) — Crymych, Pembrokeshire
Minimum 20 hours per week**
We're a family-run grocery and bakery business that's been at the heart of Crymych since 1926 — and as we head towards our 100th year, we're looking for a friendly, reliable new face to join our team. We're proud of our team and the part we play in the community, and we're looking for someone who'll fit right in.
What you'll be doing
- Serving customers with a smile and giving genuinely helpful, friendly service
- Operating the till and handling transactions accurately
- Keeping shelves stocked, tidy and well presented
- Keeping the store clean, safe and welcoming
- Being a dependable, positive part of the team
What we're looking for
- 18+ years old
- . We're looking for someone keen to learn, take on responsibility and grow into a higher position within the business over time.
- A friendly, approachable manner and a genuine willingness to help customers
- Reliability and good timekeeping — we need people we can count on
- A good team player who's happy to get stuck in where needed
- Flexibility to work a mix of shifts, including some weekends
- Previous retail experience is welcome but not essential — the right attitude matters most
- Welsh language skills are a bonus and warmly welcomed, but not essential

Hours: Minimum 20 hours per week, with flexibility across the week including weekends.
Wed 6am-2pm, Thur 6am-2pm plus a weekend shift.
