Position: 3.5T Van Driver
Salary: £29,601 per year (£12.65/hour)

Hours: 9 hours per day, full-time

About the Role:
UPS Northampton is seeking professional and motivated 3.5T Van Drivers to join our delivery team. As a Van Driver, you will play a key role in ensuring that parcels are delivered on time, in perfect condition, and with excellent customer service. You’ll be driving one of our well-maintained vehicles, completing multi-drop routes, and representing UPS as a reliable and trusted courier.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operating a 3.5T vehicle on multi-drop routes across Northampton and surrounding areas
- Collecting, scanning, and delivering parcels to homes and businesses
- Providing excellent customer service at every delivery point
- Ensuring all packages are handled with care and accuracy
- Following company policies, traffic regulations, and health & safety procedures
- Completing daily vehicle checks and reporting any issues

Requirements:
- Valid UK driving licence (Category B) with no more than 6 penalty points
- Must be aged 23 or over and have held a driving licence for at least 2 years.
- Previous delivery driving experience preferred, but not essential
- Strong time-management and organisational skills
- Professional, reliable, and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
