We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a reliable and experienced Counterbalance FLT / Van Driver to join their team in Banbury. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for consistent, full-time hours within a busy and supportive warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently
- Loading and unloading goods from vehicles
- Carrying out local deliveries and collections using a company van
- Ensuring goods are handled carefully and stored correctly
- Completing delivery notes and relevant paperwork accurately
- Conducting daily vehicle and FLT safety checks
- Assisting with general warehouse duties as required
Requirements:
- Valid Counterbalance FLT license (in-date and accredited)
- Full UK driving license (maximum 6 penalty points, no major endorsements)
- Previous experience in a similar FLT and driving role
- Good understanding of health & safety procedures
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Must be over 25 years old (insurance)
