Through resolving disputes effectively and promoting positive change across the social housing sector, we improve residents lives and landlords services.
The Head of Digital, Data and Technology (DDaT) role sits within the Finance, Procurement and Digital function of the Housing Ombudsman Service which is responsible for delivering our finance, procurement, governance and digital services for the organisation.
As Head of DDaT, you will be a member of the Senior Leadership Team, and will be responsible for the performance of the DDaT team with responsibility for technology, data and information governance, creating and embedding a culture of excellence and continuous improvement and in line with required standards.
