- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences, offering personalised recommendations.
- Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience and increase sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the salon environment.
- Engage in social media management to promote services and showcase client transformations.
- Deliver exceptional guest services, addressing any concerns or feedback promptly and professionally.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Beautician or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
- Strong skills in makeup application and knowledge of various beauty treatments.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients effectively.
- Experience in managing front desk operations is advantageous.
- Familiarity with social media platforms for promotional purposes is preferred.
- Ability to upsell products while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
