What You'll Be Doing
Every customer is different, and every conversation is an opportunity to make someone's day a little easier.
You'll:
- Welcome customers with confidence and enthusiasm
- Get to know customers and understand what they need
- Recommend the right phones, broadband, accessories and services
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience from start to finish
- Build long-term customer relationships
- Consistently achieve sales and customer service targets
- Keep your product knowledge up to date through ongoing training
- Work as part of a friendly, ambitious and supportive team

Basic Salary: £26,644
Realistic OTE: £30,000+
Top Performers: £35,000+
