Key Responsibilities:
As a Kitchen Porter at Nipotina, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our kitchen's cleanliness and efficiency.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Ensuring all kitchen areas are clean and sanitised, including work surfaces, floors, and walls.

Assisting with dishwashing duties and managing the organisation of dishes and kitchen utensils.

Supporting the kitchen staff by ensuring that all equipment and ingredients are properly prepared and accessible.

Removing waste and recycling in line with the restaurant's environmental policies.

Assisting with the receipt of deliveries and organising storage areas.

Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations within the kitchen.
