An exciting opportunity to become part of the Auto ART team, helping to take the stress and worry away from those who need our services.
Customer service will be key to your role in ensuring the very best experience for every client. You will one of the first contact points for all clients and must be confident with communications and computer literate. You will be responsible for the day-to-day office running including customer enquiries, booking in repairs, arranging logistics, collecting payments, and maintaining and effectively filing associated paperwork. You will also be trained in imaging vehicles to help assist our damage assessors with the estimating process.
Our Bodyshop is fast paced and exciting with lots of opportunity to learn and create your own satisfaction and love the job you do. Over the last 16 years, Auto ART has developed into the well respected, recommended repairer we are today. We have great relationships with many fleet and insurance companies, and your role will include liaising direct with them and other third party companies, to maintain our existing KPI's.
Training will be provided to efficiently use our management systems but IT literate is essential. Problem solving and understanding when to escalate when needed, with the support of the other office staff.
Progression is always possible with so much to learn within the industry!
A UK full driving licence is a requirement for the role.
