Baby Room Leader Vacancy

Little Buddies Day Nursery is looking for a dedicated and experienced Baby Room Leader to join our growing team as we prepare to move into our beautiful new nursery premises.
What we’re looking for:• A Level 3 (or above) full and relevant Early Years qualification• Experience working with babies and children under 2 years• Excellent knowledge of the EYFS Statutory Framework• A strong understanding of child development, planning and assessment• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children’s welfare• Ability to lead and support a team of practitioners• A warm, caring and professional approach
The role will involve:• Leading the daily operation of our baby room• Creating a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment• Supporting children’s learning and development through high-quality interactions and play• Building strong partnerships with parents and carers• Monitoring children’s progress and ensuring records are maintained in line with EYFS requirements• Promoting the highest standards of care, safeguarding and wellbeing
