Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Conveyancer to join our legal team. The successful candidate is to establish, head up and expand the conveyancing department. The candidate will be responsible for managing property transactions, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and providing exceptional client service. Duties
- Managing the end-to-end process of property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
- Preparing and reviewing legal documentation such as contracts, transfer deeds, and mortgage instructions.
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other relevant parties to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Conducting searches and obtaining necessary certificates to ensure legal compliance.
- Organising and maintaining accurate case files and documentation in accordance with firm procedures.
- Advising clients on legal processes related to property transactions and answering their queries professionally.
- Ensuring all transactions adhere to current legislation and regulatory standards within the conveyancing sector.
- Heading compliance of the department.
