About the Role
We offer personalised support to adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needsempowering them to live independently in their own homes. This includes help with daily living skills such as cooking, budgeting, and personal care, as well as support with accessing community activities, building social connections, and managing health and wellbeing. Every day, youll see the impact of your work in real time.
The people we support in Carmunnock enjoy taking part in a range of activities at home and in the community including bowling, going to the cinema, country walks, listening to music playing board games. The ideal candidate will be motivated with a calm manner and a good sense of humour.
