We are looking for a Residents Engagement Coordinator to support the successful management of residential communities. This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You'll work closely with residents, contractors, and colleagues to ensure developments are well maintained, compliant, and provide an excellent living environment.

As the first point of contact for many resident enquiries, you'll play an important role in building positive relationships and ensuring issues are resolved efficiently.
Your responsibilities will include:

Building strong relationships with residents and providing a professional, customer-focused service.

Coordinating repairs, maintenance projects, and contractor visits.

Conducting regular inspections of residential developments and reporting any issues identified.

Monitoring ongoing works to ensure they are completed to the required standard.

Supporting resident meetings and community engagement initiatives.

Assisting with newsletters, resident communications, and meeting minutes.

Managing enquiries via telephone and email, ensuring timely responses and updates.

Maintaining accurate records, documentation, and property management systems.

Supporting the management of health and safety requirements and statutory compliance obligations.

Assisting with budgeting processes and general financial administration.

Working collaboratively with on-site teams, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver excellent service standards.
