Job Description - Self Employed Direct Sales Professional
The Walk In Bath Co. Ltd are an established mobility company looking to expand our sales team across the UK. Candidates ideally should have worked in the mobility industry or home improvement sector.
We specialise in installing walk-in baths, walk-in showers and wet-rooms designed to assist with health and mobility issues. Due to rapid expansion, we are looking for experienced individuals to undertake a home survey, sales presentations and product demonstrations.
Working the midlands covering 100 miles radius we expect our Field Representatives to be self-motivated, personable, very well-presented individuals with a proven mobility sales record and who show a strong desire to succeed. Due to the nature of our business, we require professionals who are empathetic and have a positive attitude. You can expect pre-approved appointments from our internal sales team and an excellent rate of commission and a pay structure which means you get paid quickly with no large clawbacks. We generate enquiries and appointments from our national advertising campaign so you can expect appointments of the highest quality.
What we are looking for:
- You must have a positive outlook - energy and confidence.
- Reliable, hardworking and personable.
- CRB checked.
- 3-5 years direct sales experience within the mobility or kitchen/home improvements market.
- Must be willing to travel and have a full UK driving licence.
- A clear understanding and ability to deliver a consultative sales presentation.
- The ability to listen, absorb and advise on the customers needs and requirements.
