We are seeking a friendly and professional Bartender/Server to join our vibrant hospitality team. Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with company standards.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery to guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar and dining areas throughout your shift.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments using the point-of-sale system.
- Engage with guests in a friendly manner, providing recommendations and answering queries about menu items.
- Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation during busy periods.
- Assist with setting up and clearing tables, ensuring an inviting atmosphere for all patrons.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or food service is advantageous but not essential; full training will be provided.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures is desirable.
- Excellent serving skills with a friendly, approachable demeanour.
- Good organisational skills to manage multiple tables and tasks efficiently.
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Strong time management abilities to ensure prompt service during busy hours.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a lively environment while maintaining professionalism.
- A positive attitude with a genuine interest in delivering exceptional customer service.
