Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Live-in Healthcare Assistant to provide high-quality care and support to individuals in a care setting. Duties
- Assisting clients with daily activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility
- Supporting clients with medication management and health monitoring
- Providing companionship and emotional support to reduce feelings of loneliness or isolation
- Assisting with light household tasks including laundry
- Maintaining accurate records of care provided and any changes in the client’s condition
- Communicating effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
- Adhering to all health and safety guidelines, including infection control procedures
Skills
- Experience working within a care home or providing home care services
- Knowledge of developing and following care plans tailored to individual needs
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusting relationships with clients
- Compassionate, patient, and attentive to detail in delivering personalised care
- Good organisational skills to manage multiple responsibilities effectively

Pay: £24,420.00-£34,485.48 per year
