We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced chef to join our team at Three Lakes Restaurant. We pride ourselves on using local and fresh produce for our menus. You will be working both within our restaurant and functions team where we strive to maintain high standards of food, cleanliness and presentation. The Three Lakes is an ever growing family business with excellent opportunities for further development and values employee input. As a chef you will be expected to work closely with the head chef and be capable of assisting within all sections of a busy kitchen. . Applicants must be creative, committed and flexible with a passion for working within the industry.
Position is predominately breakfast and lunch service, working 5 days per week inclusive of Saturday and Sunday.
Service hours are 9am-5pm in the winter with 9am-5pm plus 2 evenings per week during summer months (May-October) also required Friday and Saturday evening throughout December

Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
