Duties:
- Support the assembly of high-performance engines, adhering to technical specifications and build instructions
- Prepare and clean engine components to meet strict quality standards
- Assist with precision measurement and fitting of engine parts using hand tools and measuring equipment
- Follow detailed technical documentation throughout the engine building process
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organised workshop environment
- Support quality control procedures through documentation and review of completed work
Requirements:
- Practical mechanical experience, ideally with a background as a vehicle technician or mechanic
- Genuine passion for high-performance automotive engineering and engine mechanics
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality
- Familiarity with hand tools, measuring equipment, and safety procedures within a workshop setting
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions consistently
- Reliable, enthusiastic, and proactive with a strong work ethic
- Local to Weybridge, committed to building a long-term career within the business
