Bar Supervisor – Liverpool Gin Distillery
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Bar Supervisor to join the team at Liverpool Gin Distillery. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a unique venue that combines premium cocktails, gin production, tasting experiences, and interactive gin-making sessions.
As Bar Supervisor, you will support the day-to-day running of the bar, lead shifts, and deliver exceptional customer experiences across our distillery events and experiences. You will play a key role in maintaining high service standards, motivating the team, and creating a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for every guest.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily bar operations and lead shifts efficiently
- Deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Prepare and serve high-quality cocktails, spirits, and beverages
- Support and host gin tasting experiences and gin-making sessions
- Train, motivate, and support bar staff
- Ensure cleanliness, stock control, and compliance with health & safety standards
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally
- Assist management with opening/closing procedures and operational duties
What We’re Looking For
- Previous supervisory experience in a bar or hospitality environment
- Strong cocktail and spirits knowledge, particularly gin, is desirable
- Confident communication and leadership skills
- Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused personality
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and events
- Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences

Pay: £13.50 per hour
