Trent’s Drains is a fast-growing, family-run drainage company based in Bristol and supporting clients nationwide. We’re known for our reliable 24/7 response, high-level service and trusted, down-to-earth approach. Our teams include Groundworkers, CCTV Surveying Teams, a Tanker Division, and a Drainage Engineer Division — and we keep everything moving from our busy Bristol HQ.
As we continue to expand, we’re looking for an organised, confident *Scheduling Co-ordinator* to join our friendly office team.
The Role
As a Scheduling Co-ordinator, you’ll help keep our operations running smoothly by allocating work across our engineering, surveying and tanker teams using *BigChange*. You’ll be at the centre of our daily workflow, ensuring jobs are scheduled efficiently and clients receive the excellent service we’re known for.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Scheduling daily jobs and allocating work to engineers and field teams
- Managing incoming enquiries and preparing quotations
- Booking in planned maintenance and quoted works
- Handling reactive/emergency scheduling for our 24/7 response
- Supporting groundworkers, CCTV teams, tanker crews and drainage engineers with job details and updates
- Maintaining accurate records and job progression within BigChange
- Liaising with clients to ensure clear communication and great service

Pay: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
