Location: Outskirts of St Ives, Cambridgeshire
Hours: Monday – Friday 7am – 4:30pm with 2 x paid 15 minute breaks everyday
Hourly Rate / Salary: £13.00 (45 hour paid working week)

Our client, a well-established manufacturer just outside of St Ives, is looking for enthusiastic Production Operatives to join their expanding team. You’ll play a key role in the production process — operating machinery, assembling products and carrying out quality checks to ensure every product meets high standards.

Job Duties:
· Transporting and handling heavy products around the factory to various workstations
· Running and monitoring CNC machinery
· Assembling and securing finished products using a range of hand tools
· Using powder coating equipment safely and effectively
· Carrying out inspections to ensure finished products meet quality standards
· Completing routine quality checks throughout the manufacturing process
· Packing, labelling and preparing completed orders for dispatch
What we are looking for:
· Previous experience within a manufacturing or production environment would be beneficial
· Familiarity with using hand tools is advantageous
· Able to work effectively as part of a team
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality standards
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy
· Proactive approach with the ability to use initiative when required
· Reliable, punctual and committed to delivering consistent work standards
