Lowland South Lakes dairy farm seeks part of full time worker. 120 cow herd plus followers, 200 beef plus a small arable acreage.
The cattle are block calved in Autumn and grazed on a paddock system.
The role is very varied as we employ very little contracted labour so there is a good mix of tractor and livestock work.
Hours worked are approx 50 per week over 4 1/2 days with 1 weekend in 3 on a rota.
Competitive wage offered to the right candidate circa 35 to 40k
