We are looking for Qualified Nursery Practitioner (L3 or above) to join our team in the Fulham Palace area.
This is a full-time, permanent role working in a friendly, supportive nursery environment.

What We Are Looking For

You should be patient, positive and calm under pressure, bringing a flexible, can-do attitude to your work and communicating clearly and respectfully with both children and adults. You will build strong, trusting relationships with families and colleagues, use your initiative while remaining a supportive and reliable team member, and be reflective and open to feedback so you can keep improving your practice.
We are planning to introduce Spanish lessons, so if you speak Spanish this will be a real advantage!
Key responsibilities
- Set up and maintain inviting indoor and outdoor spaces that encourage curiosity, exploration and independence.
- Plan and deliver a stimulating, play-based EYFS activities that responds to each child’s individual needs and interests.
- Help to create calm, inclusive daily routines, including mealtimes, sleep times and transitions between activities.
- Forming secure attachments with children and working in close partnership with their families.
- Take an active role in team discussions, reflection and ongoing development of practice across the room and nursery.
- Carry out thoughtful observations and assessments.
- Commit to your own professional growth by engaging in training and staying informed about current best practice in Early Years.
Requirements
- Hold a relevant Early Years qualification at Level 3 or above.
- Have experience working with young children and be able to demonstrate strong practical knowledge of childcare.
- Communicate clearly and confidently, building positive interactions with children, colleagues and families.
- Have a secure understanding of the EYFS and how to apply it in daily practice.
