Supporting Robert Ellis – From First Call to Completion

In this hands-on role, you’ll be at the heart of the sales journey—supporting the office team and ensuring our clients receive a seamless experience from the moment they first get in touch to the day they complete.
Working in a busy, fast-paced environment, you’ll be responsible for:
Customer Engagement & Frontline Support
- Taking incoming enquiries from potential buyers and vendors
- Registering customer details accurately onto our CRM system
- Booking and managing viewings efficiently to maximise opportunities
- Taking and negotiating offers, ensuring we attract and secure the best buyer for our clients
Your friendly and professional manner will help reinforce the Robert Ellis reputation for excellent customer care, while your attention to detail ensures all enquiries are handled efficiently.
Driving Sales Forward
- Assessing buyer credibility through financial and proceedability checks
- Promoting our in-house mortgage and conveyancing services, highlighting their benefits
- Playing a vital role in reducing fall-throughs by matching the right buyer to the right property
Your efforts directly contribute to our business success by ensuring deals are secured with quality buyers who are more likely to proceed to completion.
Controlling the Sale to Completion
- Progressing sales from offer accepted to exchange and completion
- Liaising with solicitors, mortgage advisors, surveyors, and other parties involved in the chain
- Ensuring all clients are supported, informed, and reassured throughout the legal process
- Keeping detailed written or electronic records of all progress and communications
We measure success in this role by the percentage of sales that reach exchange, and your contribution will have a direct impact on our pipeline performance and client satisfaction.
Team Support
- Assisting with general office duties including viewings, admin, and covering for colleagues during lunch breaks and holidays
- Being flexible, proactive, and ready to jump in where needed to keep the office running smoothly

Pay: £23,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
